During the entire session, the participants will be hosted in the Etap Hotel, owned by the Accor Hotels-chain. The hotel is located near the Antwerp Central Station. This central location is of vital importance during the session, because delegates will mostly walk when goingfrom one venue to another.

If delegates wish to arrive earlier than the session start, they have to book accomodation on their own. There are various youth hostels in the city which offer a sleeping place at cheap prices.
